Spurs travel to the Emirates on Saturday night to take on Arsenal in what should be another entertaining north London derby.
Both side's will be desperate for a win having enjoyed relatively slow starts to the new season, and Spurs will be looking for their first win at Arsenal since 2010.
Ramsey has not started this season in the same form as he did 12 months ago, but he is still a crucial player for the Gunners and has two goals and an assist in five Premier League appearances so far.
Dembele has forced his way back into the Spurs first-team and the Belgian is a player who can influence any match with his driving runs from the centre of the pitch a danger to any defence.
He will need to be at his best if Spurs are to leave Arsenal with anything on Saturday night as the former Fulham man can be a pivotal player for Pochettino's side.

Ramsey has seen more than twice the amount of game time in the Premier League than Dembele, but has been more effective per appearance nonetheless.
The Welshman has scored twice, and created 10 more chances than the Spurs midfielder already, while also completing more passes per game.
The Belgian is more effective at winning the ball back and taking on opponents however, as he has won more tackles per game as well as take-ons.
Ramsey see's a lot more of the ball than Dembele, but the Belgian will be tasked with winning possession from the Welshman and creating chances for teammates further forwards.
Last season's derby's ended 1-0 in favour of Arsenal on both occasions in the Premier League, but this weekend's game looks set to be another filled with goals and entertainment.
