Super Smash Bros TV ads want you to 'Settle it in Smash'

Nintendo's Western adverts for their new Smash Bros title offer up some wacky 90s-style vibes.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS has been out in Japan for just over a week now, and with the US and European versions of the game only about a week or so away we've been treated to some TV ads for the game.

Reminiscent of videogame adverts from the 90s, the new Smash Bros. ads ask players to 'settle it in smash', as real-world conflicts arise such as trying to find a seat on the bus, and who gets the last slice of pizza.

Take a look at the ads below, one of which features a father training throughout his working day to get home and take on his son and his friend as Little Mac. At least I think it's his son... I hope it's his son. Oh, and the guy playing as Donkey Kong is perfect for the role!
