Tottenham Hotspur striker Roberto Soldado has reacted to the defeat against West Brom at White Hart Lane yesterday.
Spurs suffered an all too familiar post-Europa League dip as the Baggies secured a rare win, which left Mauricio Pochettino demanding improvements from his team after the game.
Soldado posted a message on Instagram reading: “Always look forward. Fight in the present, for a better future.”
Spurs now face a League Cup game against Nottingham Forest in mid-week before a huge game against Arsenal in the North London derby this coming weekend.
Pochettino could make a number of changes to the side for the game against Forest, as he looks to protect key players and get them fresh again ahead of the trip to the Emirates.
Soldado himself will be looking to put pressure on Emmanuel Adebayor in the Tottenham attack and a solid performance against Forest, if he starts, could see him preferred against Arsenal this weekend.
