Leeds United won 3-0 on Saturday, and two of their players have expressed their delight at the victory.
Club captain Pearce ensured his side kept a clean-sheet, continuing the Whites' fine recent form under caretaker manager Neil Redfearn; and after the match the 26-year-old wrote, "Great team performance today - fans were superb - brilliant day all round."
It certainly was, as Leeds built on their recent draw against Birmingham City and victory over Bournemouth to get another three points, climbing into the top half of the table as a result.
Leeds midfielder Cook also had his say on social media after a great showing from his side, praising the Elland road faithful in the process.
"Great 3-0 win against Huddersfield. Place was bouncing," he wrote.
The rumours are that Leeds will soon have a new permanent manager in place, but however much longer Redfearn remains in charge, the simple fact is he has got the side playing well.
Next up is an away match at Brentford, but it remains unclear who will be sitting in the away dugout then.
