Former Liverpool star predicts Manchester United to drop points today

Former Liverpool striker Stan Collymore predicts a draw between Leicester City and Manchester United in the Premier League.

Stan Collymore believes that Leicester City will take points off of Manchester United in their Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium today.

The former Liverpool striker goes on to even predict a 1-1 scoreline between the two sides this afternoon.

Collymore has also predicted the results of the other Premier League games taking place today, but it is the one between Leicester and United that sticks out.

Given United’s 4-0 demolition of Queens Park Rangers at Old Trafford last weekend, Louis van Gaal’s side will be favourites to win today.

With Angel di Maria, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata all in great form, Leicester could have a tough task on their hands in keeping out the star-studded United line-up.

However, Leicester have made a good start to the season despite gaining promotion to the Premier League from the Championship just a few months ago.

The Foxes have drawn with Everton and Arsenal at home, and picked up all three points at Stoke City last weekend.

Even in their 2-0 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last month, Nigel Pearson’s side showed signs that they can compete against the bigger teams. Today Leicester will be confident of doing just that – compete.
