Former Tottenham Hotspur chairman Lord Sugar and MOTD presenter Gary Lineker have their say on Liverpool’s 3-1 defeat to West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday.

Former Tottenham Hotspur chairman Lord Sugar was watching Saturday’s Premier League match between West Ham United and Liverpool. And he was not impressed with the performance of the visitors.

The Reds conceded twice in the opening seven minutes at the Boleyn Ground, and although Raheem Sterling halved the deficit, a late strike from Morgan Amalfitano saw them go down 3-1.

It was Liverpool’s second successive defeat in the Premier League and saw them slip to 10th in the standings with six points from five matches.

Lord Sugar could not help but take a dig at Liverpool for spending loads of money but still concede two goals to West Ham.

The former Spurs chairman took to social networking site Twitter to make a series of posts, the best of which are below.

‘Match of the Day’ presenter and former Tottenham striker Gary Lineker also made one or two amusing comments following Liverpool’s shocking start to the match in London.
