Could Leeds United signing Adryan make his debut this weekend?

Leeds United signing Adryan was pictured in training yesterday as the club continued preparations for this weekend's clash with rivals Huddersfield Town.

The Brazilian attacker has featured for the under-21s but is yet to make a first team appearance since arriving on loan.

Just 19, he is clearly a player manager Neil Redfearn has taken an initial liking to however, naming him on the bench for the last two games.

Adryan used his Twitter page after the win away to Bournemouth to detail how he was itching to make his debut.

Redfearn offered no indication in his press conference as to whether he would start the teenager, but it is likely he will continue on the bench, and if he has impressed this week in training, then he may get his chance as a late game-changer.

Keen to earn a victory over Huddersfield, Adryan could make himself an instant hero for the club if he influences the game this weekend.

There is one good reason to put him straight in for his debut, and that is the fear of the unknown. While Leeds may not know exactly what to expect from him, Huddersfield certainly won't, and will have been planning for alternatives.
