Predicted Tottenham Hotspur XI to play Partizan - Several changes possible

Here is the possible Tottenham Hotspur side to take on Partizan in the Europa League tomorrow.

Tottenham Hotspur begin their Europa League campaign against Serbian side Partizan Belgrade tomorrow night and Mauricio Pochettino will be keen for his team to get off to a good start in Group C.

It won’t be easy for Spurs as Serbia is an intimidating place to go and play but the boss will field a competitive side with one or two potential changes from the team that drew at Sunderland.

We’ve attempted to name Tottenham’s side for the match.

GK – Michel Vorm

This could be a good chance for Pochettino to rest Hugo Lloris and Vorm is a great goalkeeper to have coming into the side.

RB – Kyle Naughton

Plenty of pace down the right hand side of the team and a chance to do his Premier League chances some good.

CB – Eric Dier

Arguably Tottenham’s best summer signing. He’s looked comfortable in any position he’s been asked to play this season.

CB – Federico Fazio

Another summer signing and a chance for him to stake a claim for a regular first team place.

LB – Ben Davies

Davies can consider himself a little unlucky he hasn’t featured more because of the form Danny Rose has shown. He’s a safe option on the left.

RM – Aaron Lennon

Lennon offers plenty of pace off of the right hand side. If Partizan leave too much space, he’ll find it and exploit it.

DM – Benji Stambouli

Stambouli has impressed in front of the defence when he’s come into the team. He can control that area and make the back four’s job easy.

CM – Paulinho

The Brazilian midfielder should be looking to put pressure on the boss to feature regularly in the Premier League. He can work box-to-box with ease.

CM – Nabil Bentaleb

One of Tottenham’s most developed players over the last 12 months. A big test for him against an aggressive and intimidating side.

LM – Andros Townsend

Townsend needs to use this as a chance to show Pochettino why he’s the best left sided midfielder at the club.

ST – Harry Kane

Pochettino seems content with Kane as a squad option. He’ll work hard throughout the game.
