Under Rudi Garcia, Gervinho is flourishing.
Arsenal fans may remember Gervinho as a frustrating player to watch during his two year stay at the Emirates Stadium.
The Ivory Coast international returned 11 goals and seven assists from 63 appearances in all competitions for Arsene Wenger, but has become far more productive in front of goal since transferring to the AS Roma.
Last year, the 27-year-old notched nine goals and assisted ten times in 30 Serie A starts - and this season he is proving even more efficient.
Gervinho was instrumental in Roma's annihilation of CSKA Moscow earlier this evening, Wednesday, as he netted twice, along with Juan Iturbe, Maicon and an own goal from Sergei Ignashevich which completed the 5-1 rout.
Against CSKA, Gervinho may have only received 36 touches on the football but he returned an extraordinary 95% passing accuracy, produced one key pass, an assist and every time he attempted a shot he hit the target, which yielded two goals.
