The sequel to the popular Dugeon Master and Eye of the Beholder-inspired title is now up for pre-ordering.
Legend of Grimrock 2 is the sequel to Almost Human's game of the same name from 2012, obviously without the '2' part. The game is due for release on 15th October and pre-orders are now available with a 15% discount off the usual price of $23.99.
Pre-ordering gets you the discount, plus a Steam key and standalone installer for when the game comes out.
Antti Tiihonen, co-founder of Almost Human, says, 'we're thrilled that we finally get to show all of the Legend of Grimrock fans that the long wait for the sequel has been worth it.' Tiihonen was, of course, speaking about the new trailer for the title, which is below.
This time around the protagonists are stranded on the Isle of Nex, a secluded island. The devs say there'll be loads more traps, exploration, and puzzles than the previous game. Take a look at the trailer.
I've played the first game, Legend of Grimrock, which is great, although I never finished it - I'll put that down to the massive spiders in the game... I hate spiders, especially massive ones. But, if you don't mind all that, I'm sure you'll be fine.
