West Ham goalscorer and goalkeeper took to an ice chamber as part of their recovery from the draw at Hull City.
Striker Enner Valencia and goalkeeper Adrian showed their intent to keep cool heads a day after an impressive performance at the KC Stadium.
Valencia posted a photo on his twitter feed of the pair in an ice chamber, commenting 'day of recovery'.
The Ecuadorian international scored a terrific goal on his debut and has been receiving plaudits ever since the performance, and West Ham are clearly keen to keep him in top condition.
An ice chamber, also known as a cryotherapy chamber, is said to be more beneficial than an ice bath, with temperatures deep into the minus figures.
Used increasingly frequently by athletes, the temperatures mean individuals should stay in the chambers for more than two to three minutes at a time.
The chambers are used more widely by American sports teams, and speed up the flow of blood around the body to help fix damaged tissue and muscles.
