New Xbox Deals with Gold offer original Metro games and Valiant Hearts

Valiant Hearts The Great War cover

Microsoft's Deals with Gold offers more variety this week compared to last.

Last week's Xbox Deals with Gold were brilliant, if you're a fan of Borderlands, as the entire catalogue of discounts for the Xbox 360 was for Borderlands and Borderlands 2 content. Nothing wrong with that, I'm just saying.

This week there's more variety if you're an Xbox 360 owner - good news or bad? You decide.

Both Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners can pick up Ubisoft's Valiant Hearts: The Great War at a discount this week, with a Killer Instinct costume pack and Battlefield 4 pack joining the Xbox One offers.

I'm looking through the Xbox 360 deals to try and give you a recommendation, but the only two games I've really played are Metro 2033 and The Secret of Monkey Island, and they were both on PC. So, if the Xbox 360 versions are just the same, I'd say definitely pick those two up at least.

The full listing of games and add-on discounts are below, for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles. Or you can check them out on Major Nelson’s blog too:
