Shooting for new James Bond film to start in December

Daniel Craig will be back in front of the cameras by the end of the year as principal photography on James Bond 24 commences

M16 HQ have reported that 007’s next movie outing is to commence shooting on 6th December 2014, giving the project a typically tight schedule to meet for the film's debut in British theatres in October 2015 (Skyfall started shooting in November 2011, airing in October 2012)

Sam Mendes will be returning to direct with Daniel Craig reprising the role of Bond for the fourth time. The cast will be gathering at Pinewood studios in November for an initial read through of the script.

Casting-wise it’s known that Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris and Rory Kinnear will also be returning, with baddies for the new film still to be decided, It’s been said that "the villain's henchman in Bond 24 is planned to be a classic physically imposing character who has several altercations with Bond throughout the mission".

As for the Bond girls in Bond 24, MI6 report that Scandinavian actresses have been screen tested for a minor role in the film, with a main female role expected to go to a British woman.

Location shooting in Austria, Morocco and Rome is reported to be taking place with a bulk of the production to be shot at Pinewood.
