Following their victory against Swansea City on Saturday, some Chelsea players revealed their feelings on social media.

Chelsea maintained their 100% start to the Premier League season with a 4-2 victory at home to Swansea City on Saturday.

A hat-trick from summer signing Diego Costa and a debut strike from Loic Remy ensured Chelsea were not left to rue an early own-goal from John Terry and a late Jonjo Shelvey strike.

The Blues’ latest win demonstrated just how good they are at coming from behind, with a forward line that will score goals against practically every club in the division.

The addition of Costa and Cesc Fabregas has undoubtedly turned Jose Mourinho’s side into title favourites, with their superb midfield and defence now supplemented by a front-line that is unrecognisable from the one that Chelsea had last season.

Following the match, a number of their players took to social media to express their joy at yet another win. Fabregas – who contributed two assists in the game – wrote the following on Twitter: ‘And we keep going. Well done mates.’

Defender Cesar Azpilicueta wrote, ‘We’ve won all points in the Premier. Spectacular teamwork. What a streak of Diego. Our minds on the champions(hip) now.’

While Mohamed Salah – who arrived as a second-half substitute – wrote, ‘Great match today.’

Ramires also celebrated the result, with an Instagram post that hailed his 199th match in a Chelsea shirt.
