Leeds United fans react on Twitter to a 1-1 draw with Birmingham City

Leeds United supporters have their say on Twitter on the display of the team against Birmingham City at St Andrew’s in the Championship on Saturday.

The West Yorkshire club played out a 1-1 draw with Birmingham City at St Andrew’s in the Championship, but it was far from easy for the visitors.

Lee Clark’s side were the better team in the first half and took the lead in the 38th minute through a strike from Wes Thomas.

The 27-year-old striker’s goal also broke the Leeds net, leading to nine minutes of injury time being played at the end of the first half due to the play being held up.

Leeds were much better in the second period and stepped up their game. The former Premier League outfit created a number of chances and eventually scored the equaliser through Alex Mowatt in the 76th minute.
