Marouane Fellaini is out injured at the moment with an ankle problem and will not be available for Manchester United for at least a month (click here to read more).
The Belgium international midfielder picked up the injury towards the end of the summer transfer window and has been sidelined since.
Signed from Everton for a whooping £27.5 million last summer, the 26-year-old had a disappointing 2013-14 campaign and was reported to be on his way out following the appointment of Louis van Gaal as the Red Devils’ manager in May.
However, the former Standard Liege star remains a part of the United squad and is busy trying to recover from his problem.
On Friday, Fellaini posted the following photos of him training at a beach on social networking site Twitter with a message that clearly shows how much he is determined to get back to action.
At the training, I give everything to find you in a few days. See you soon. pic.twitter.com/njAXsJeU8z— Marouane Fellaini (@fellainiM) September 12, 2014
Fellaini, though, is not likely to have it easy when he recovers from his injury and is in contention for competitive action for United.
Van Gaal has signed some top players who all are likely to take up spots in the line-up, meaning that, initially at least, the former Everton star will have to be content with appearances off the bench.
