Techland's parkour zombie title arrives on 27th January 2015.

The developers of the first Dead Island game, Techland, have announced that their newest zombie title, Dying Light, is due for release on January 27th in the Americas, January 28th in Australia and New Zealand, and January 30th in Europe and Asia.

These new release dates come after the devs delayed the game from it's initial Autumn 2014 launch date, in order to focus on it being the best it can be. They originally delayed it to a February 2015 release.

You can pre-order the game today, and in doing so you gain the 'Be the Zombie' mode DLC. This mode allows you to play as the Night Hunter zombie and appear in other players' games to hunt them down using unique skills.

Dying Light is an open-world zombie survival game in which movement is key - using parkour moves to traverse the urban environment, players will be able to evade the zombie horde whilst also integrating some of those parkour skills into combat if needed.
