Arsenal and Wales midfielder lauds England international's technical ability and goal-scoring nous.
Danny Welbeck demonstrated his elite-level ability earlier this week when his brace settled a 2-0 victory for England over Switzerland in the country's first qualifier for the 2016 European Championships.
Welbeck transferred to Arsenal from Manchester United, a club where he was regarded to be surplus to requirements after falling down the pecking order due to the arrival of Radamel Falcao, the captain's status of Wayne Rooney and the ever-present Robin van Persie, when fit.
Ramsey believes the addition of Welbeck will prove decisive throughout the season as the Englishman has obvious physical strengths.
"He showed for England what a good player he is with those two goals," said Ramsey.
"He's a player who is very good technically, can get in behind teams and score goals. I think he will bring something different - the runs in behind, his pace.
"His power and his finishing will benefit us for the rest of the season," the 23-year-old concluded.
Ramsey is an injury doubt himself after he aggravating his ankle during the Wales's 2-1 triumph over Andorra.
