Chelsea’s £10.5million signing Loic Remy has been photographed at the club’s Cobham Training Centre.
The French international arrived at Stamford Bridge from Queens Park Rangers in the final throes of the transfer window, and he could well make his debut when his new club face Swansea City on Saturday.
Remy became the third new striker to arrive at Chelsea this summer, following Diego Costa and Didier Drogba, and it will be interesting to see how Jose Mourinho keeps all his players happy in the months ahead.
Costa has begun his Chelsea career in dramatic fashion, while Drogba will know that he will have to be patient for chances following his return to the club.
But Remy will be hoping to develop an effective partnership with the Spanish international and he appears to be readying himself for that challenge by taking part in training while many of his teammates remain on international duty.
