Calum Chambers has posted a selfie with his Arsenal teammate, Jack Wilshere, on Instagram as the return from England duty.
Arsenal's Calum Chambers has taken a picture with his club teammate Jack Wilshere as the duo return from international duty.
Chambers made his England debut in the Three Lions' friendly against Norway on Friday night, but did not play against Switzerland yesterday and that is a possible explanation as to why he looks more awake in the picture.
The 19-year-old defender took a 'selfie' with Wilshere, who was looking particularly sleepy, as the England team returned back to the country with a result they can be happy with.
Chambers put the snap onto Instagram with the caption: "Nearly home! Someone's tired <<< @jackwilshere"
England won their first match of the European qualifying campaign 2-0 last night, with a very accomplished performance against Switzerland.
It was a win which provided them with a great start to their qualification process, with Roy Hodgson able to alleviate some of the pressure on his job.
Wilshere's next task will be to ensure he is fully rested up by the weekend, when Arsenal take on Manchester City in their toughest test of the season to date.
