Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera has signified he is ready to return to action this weekend.
The midfielder signed from Athletic Bilbao this summer in a deal worth £30 million but has only made one competitive appearance so far.
That came in United's shock opening loss, a 2-1 defeat to Swansea City at Old Trafford, and the Spaniard picked up a hamstring injury in training in the subsequent days.
After impressing in pre-season, his absence was a blow for United as they failed to beat either Sunderland or Burnley.
Herrera still has plenty to learn about life in the Premier League, but he can only do that by getting out on the pitch and playing, and his comment via Twitter on Monday evening suggests he is feeling confident about being in contention for this coming weekend's game at home to QPR.
With new signings Daley Blind, Marcos Rojo and Radamel Falcao also hoping to feature this weekend, the contest promises to be an exciting one for fans to watch, providing the club can get the nerves out of their system with an early goal.
Having extra impetus in midfield from Herrera can only help the Red Devils get back on track, and get their first win on the board.
