Jack Vann is delighted to have made his full Leeds United Under-21 debut on Monday.
Leeds United’s Under-21 side took on their Ipswich Town counterparts at Thorp Arch on Monday.
The highlight of the match for the West Yorkshire club was the debut of exciting new Brazilian talent Adryan.
The 20-year-old attacker has joined the Championship outfit on a season-long loan deal from Flamengo and has caught the imagination of the club’s fans.
However, there was another exciting youngster on show on Monday – a certain Jack Vann, who was making his full U21 debut.
The 16-year-old is a first-year scholar centre-half and is believed to be a promising young player. The teenager seems to be quite humble and determined as well, as shown by the following post he made on social networking site Twitter after the match.

The game did not end in joy for Vann and Adryan, though, as Ipswich won it 3-2 to inflict upon their hosts their first defeat of the new season.
Omar Sowumni and Darren McQueen (x2) scored the goals for Ipswich, while Chris Dawson and Lewie Coyle were on target for Leeds.
