Tottenham Hotspur morning news: Baldini facing exit? Lennon tipped for winter exit

A round up of news stories this morning about Tottenham Hotspur.

The Mirror claims Franco Baldini’s position as Director of Football at Spurs is under threat.

Baldini has been under pressure following his failure to sign a striker during the summer transfer window.

He is responsible for several of the current first team squad arriving at the club.

The Sunday People claims Mauricio Pochettino is open to letting Aaron Lennon leave the club this January.

Lennon was linked with an exit earlier this summer but decided to stay at White Hart Lane and fight for his place.

The report suggests that Spurs could sell him for as little as £5 million.

Tottenham Hotspur sponsor Under Armour has overtaken Adidas to become the second biggest sportswear brand in the USA.

Adidas saw sales fall by 23 per cent last year, which is the main reason they have slipped to third place.

Under Armour’s sales reached a height of $1.2 billion.
