Tottenham Hotspur fans have suggested Mauricio Pochettino is favouring the wrong left-back.
London24 has asked Tottenham Hotspur fans to vote on who they think should be Mauricio Pochettino’s starting left-back.
At the time of writing, those who took part were unanimously in favour of the Welshman, with around 90% of Spurs fans suggesting that Davies should be the man over on the left hand side of the back four.
That contradicts what Pochettino has been thinking this season, with Rose ahead in key statistical areas because he’s had a substantially higher number of minutes on the pitch.

Davies was impressive during pre-season, but Pochettino opted to go for the player who knew the club better in Rose and that’s been unfortunate for the Welshman who continues to wait for his chance.
The results suggest that some Spurs fans feel frustrated with the way Rose has played during his 252 minutes of Premier League action so far this season.
It seems like a textbook case of a promising signing coming into the squad, exciting fans and being forced to wait for a chance when everyone is keen to see what he can do.
However, Rose has been considered international class and good enough to make it into the latest England squad and he could feature against Switzerland this evening, as England get their European qualifying campaign under way.
One interesting stat which immediately jumps out is the fact that Davies has made two accurate crosses from just 18 minutes of Premier League football compared to the seven Rose has produced from 252.
That suggests Davies does have a keen eye in the opponent’s final third but that stat doesn’t change the likeliness of him having to wait for an extended run of games in the first team.
