There are reports in Italy that Queens Park Rangers are lining up a contract for former Inter man Gaby Mudingayi.
The 32-year-old is currently without a club since his deal with Inter ended and he has been looking for a new challenge.
As a free agent, Mudingayi would be able to sign a deal with any club even though the transfer window is closed.
The Belgian international made 128 appearances for Bologna, helping the Emilia-Romagna outfit beat the drop three times before signing for Inter initially on loan in July 2012 and then permanently the summer after.
But things didn't work out for Mudingayi at Inter and his career has gone into a nosedive, leaving him looking for a chance to relaunch himself.
According to Sportmediaset, the former Lazio man would prefer an approach from another Serie A club, but that doesn't seem to have been forthcoming.
