Jose Riga has been pictured conducting training for Blackpool, ending speculation that he has already left the club.
Riga has already been tipped to be replaced by Owen Coyle, but he took training as usual this morning, proving that he is still in charge for the time being.
The relationship between Riga and controversial club chairman Karl Oyston at Blackpool has reportedly broken down; there were reports that the boss, who was only appointed over the summer, was ready to walk away.
However, Riga seem firmly focused on helping the side pick up their first points of the season.
The former Charlton Athletic manager has grown frustrated after the club failed to live up to promises about the players they would land him, and he has had his work cut out at Bloomfield Road.
Blackpool's squad has been depleted all summer, after the Tangerines left it until the last minute to make signings and look relegation certainties.
As a result of the uncertainty, not too much criticism has been directed at Riga by the fans, who will be happy to see him in charge today - although, with the situation as it currently is, that can be no guarantee that he is set to stay for the long-term.
