Assassin Creed Rogue gameplay shows a polar bear and a familiar face

Assassins Creed Rogue Icesheet Breaking Morrigan 1

Ubisoft's last venture into the Assassin's Creed series on the last-gen consoles offers up a new gameplay trailer.

The new trailer for Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Rogue gives us a deeper look at the game's main protagonist, Shay, and reveals a character who appeared in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.

In the trailer we catch a glimpse of Adéwalé from Black Flag, who was Edward Kenway's Quartermaster and later became a full-fledged assassin within the Assassin Order. He was also the main protagonist of the Freedom Cry expansion.

With Shay being an assassin-turned-Templar in the new game, it would appear Adéwalé could be one of his main enemies in the plot.

Other parts of the trailer show off Shay's fighting and sailing skills, along with a little more plot info. The Arctic locations are shown too, along with a sneak peek at a fight with a polar bear. Check it out below.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue is due for release on 11th November 2014 in US and 13th November in the UK (the same times as the Paris-based Assassin's Creed: Unity) , for PS3 and Xbox 360.
