Shinji Mikami’s new survival horror to land in Europe on the same day as in North America

Bethesda has moved forward the European release date of The Evil Within to fall in line with the North American launch.

After a delay to ‘further balance and refine the game’ a European release of October 17th was given by the publisher

Now gamers in Europe, India, South Africa and the Middle East are all to receive the game on Tuesday 14th October instead, the date already set for the North American release. The Evil Within will still hit Australia on 16th October, New Zealand on 17th October and Japan on 23rd October.

Pre-orders for the game will net you the Fighting Chance Pack which will given protagonist Sebastian Castellanos a few useful items to get going with.

Bethesda has also recently revealed DLC to be coming to the game after launch

The Evil Within is set to be available on the dates above on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
