Hull City have sealed the signing of Hatem Ben Arfa on a season long loan deal.
The French winger had fallen out of favour at Newcastle United under Alan Pardew, but his talent is unquestionable.
A tricky winger with the capability to win games single handedly, Ben Arfa had a disappointing 2013/14, making just 13 starts in the Premier League, with 14 appearances off the bench - scoring three goals and providing three assists.
The 27-year-old is yet to feature this season, and the move to Hull ensures he does not become an unwanted distraction at Newcastle.
Hull had requested an extension to file the paperwork and agree a deal after negotiations dragged on past the 11pm deadline.
