Jonathan Obika has completed a permanent transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Swindon Town for an undisclosed fee.
The news was announced by Spurs on their official Twitter account earlier this afternoon, with the North London club wishing the 23-year-old well following his move.
Swindon have since revealed that Obika has signed a two-year deal and will wear the number 20 shirt.
Obika previously played for the club on loan, along with a whole host of others down the years.
Spells at Yeovil Town - where he scored 17 goals in 73 games - Charlton Athletic and Millwall saw him net relatively regularly. But he failed to score a senior goal for Tottenham, making just four appearances for a side who have now bid him farewell.
Obika's contract expired next summer, so it is no surprise he has moved on and he will be hoping to get on the goal-scoring trail on a more regular basis now he has a new club to call his home not just a temporary base.
