Fulham have confirmed the signing of Leeds United striker Matt Smith on a three-year deal, with the option of a fourth year.
The 25-year-old reunites with his former Leeds teammate Ross McCormack at Craven Cottage, as Fulham look to mount a challenge to return to the Premier League at the first opportunity.
Smith scored 13 goals in 43 appearances last season, as well as providing seven assists in that time.
Fulham have announced that he will wear the number nine shirt for his new club, while Leeds will have to attempt their own promotion push without the two forwards who worked so effectively for them last season.
Will Smith and McCormack fire Fulham back to the top flight?
