James McArthur has arrived at the Crystal Palace training ground ahead of a proposed £7 million move from Wigan Athletic today.
The two clubs agreed a fee for the Scottish midfielder this morning and he is now in the process of finalising his transfer to the Premier League club.
McArthur has already been targeted by Leicester City this summer, but it appears to he is set to move to Palace.
The 26-year-old has impressed for Wigan since joining in 2010 and Palace are set to make him their club record signing.
He is in the process of completing his Palace medical and has been given permission by the Scotland national squad, who he is supposed to be in training with, to travel to London and complete his move.
His transfer is set to be one of a number of deals announced by Palace today – with Zeki Fryers and Chris Wood also of interest as Neil Warnock looks to make some last minute additions.
