The summer transfer window is officially closed and Petr Cech remains a Chelsea player. And he is delighted for that.

The Czech Republic international had been linked with a move away from the Premier League giants throughout the summer.
The return of Belgium international goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois from a three-year loan spell at Atletico Madrid raised concerns on the future of Cech.
For the past 10 years, the 32-year-old has been the first choice between the posts for Chelsea, but the emergence of Courtois has put flight to his guarantees of regular football.
However, Cech has remained at Stamford Bridge and will be part of Jose Mourinho’s squad for the 2014-15 campaign.
Whether or not the former Sparta Prague and Rennes star is able to re-establish himself as the first choice at Chelsea remains to be seen.
Courtois is a genuinely brilliant goalkeeper, but Cech has experience and remains one of the best in the world. Mourinho is spoilt for choice.
