Defensive midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah has swapped Chelsea for Burnley, at least until January, with the 19-year-old agreeing a four-month loan move.
Chalobah joins George Boyd in coming to the newly-promoted Premier League club on transfer deadline day, and while the youngster is currently on international duty with England'as under-21s, he still took time to send a message on Twitter following the switch.
"Pleased to join Burnley on loan," Chalobah wrote. "Looking forward to meeting my new teammates after international duty."
The teenager has previously enjoyed loan spells at Watford, Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough, and despite his age, he has already racked up 73 senior appearances.
It is now time to see what he can do in the top flight and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will surely be paying close attention over the next four months.
While he has a number of players out on loan, few are so close and Chalobah will know he can impress his boss if he performs well for Sean Dyche's team.
