Adrien Rabiot could still be going to Roma this summer according to reports, despite apparent interest from Arsenal.

Reported Arsenal target Adrien Rabiot remains a target for Italian club Roma according to reports.

Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claims the Paris Saint-Germain player is a dream for the Italian side’s boss Rudi Garcia.

The report adds that the Serie A side have bid for the player and are waiting for a response from the French side.

Rabiot has been heavily linked with Arsenal in recent weeks – with unsubstantiated reports even going so far as to claim that the player’s agent was travelling to England last week to finalise a deal with the Gunners.

The 19-year-old is a central midfielder who can also operate on the left-wing and in a more defensive-minded position when required.

He would have been a fantastic addition to Arsenal’s squad but it appears that if he is going anywhere this summer, it will be to Roma.

That said, they still appear to be waiting for PSG’s answer, suggesting that the French club are not particularly keen on waving goodbye to a player with considerable potential who already has 43 appearances under his belt for the Ligue 1 champions.
