QPR's recent struggles have been well documented.
The Rs have lost both of their opening two Premier League games and were thrashed 4-0 by London rivals Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
And their situation was made even worse with the news that loyal midfielder Alejandro Faurlin suffered this third Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury in as many years earlier this week.
As such, the pressure is on Harry Redknapp, whose side host Sunderland at Loftus Road at 3pm.
Redknapp has chosen to go 4-3-3 for this clash, with the injured Faurlin replaced by Leroy Fer in midfield. Matty Phillips and Junior Hoilett will flank Charlie Austin.
Gus Poyet's side, by contrast, are yet to lose in the league so far this term, with Jack Rodwell having also scored on his debut in the 1-1 draw with Manchester United last week.
Rodwell continues in the line-up today, while Connor Wickham also starts up front.
At the same time, however, the Black Cats are yet to win, having also drawn against West Brom in their opening-day league clash.
Who will come out on top this time around?
