The Belgian has been discussing what the Blues must do to fulfill their aim of becoming league champions.
The Belgian was part of the Blues side that finished third in the league last season, ending the campaign as Jose Mourinho's top scorer.
Aside from the 23-year-old, however, the west London side found goals hard to come by.
And it is in the final third that Hazard believes Chelsea must improve and be at their best if they are to take three points from 'as many matches as possible.'
"Our aim is to be champions at the end of the season so we need to make sure we take three points from as many matches as possible," Hazard told Chelsea's official website.
"It’s certainly been a good start for us and very good for the confidence in the squad.
"For the attacking players it’s been very good; we’ve been scoring a lot of goals and creating a lot of opportunities as well.
"I think we can continue to do that as long as we remain clinical in front of goal and take the chances when they come along."

As Opta stats show, the Belgian has completed the most final-third passes of any Chelsea player after two Premier League games - and has won considerably more dribbles than anyone else.
Hazard also scored in his side's 2-0 win over Leicester City last weekend.
"I’m pleased with the way it’s started for me," he continued.
"I think I played well against Burnley and then I scored our second goal in the game against Leicester - but the most important thing is to make sure I continue playing well, that will help the team."
