Ubisoft’s guitar sim, Rocksmith 2014 could be coming to PS4 and Xbox One.
Rocksmith 2014 is the follow-on from the original Rocksmith game released in 2012. The game allows you to play with a real guitar which is plugged in via a USB adaptor.
The Rocksmith sequel is set to include new features such as Automatic Tone Switching, Articulation and an Instant Riff Repeater.
If you own Rocksmith already, you will be able to transfer the songs over to Rocksmith 2014 at an additional charge. Any DLC you’ve purchased for Rocksmith so far can also be played in the new game for free.
Rocksmith 2014 is due to release on 22nd October in North America and 25th October in Europe. So far Ubisoft have only confirmed the game is coming to PS3, Xbox One, Mac and PC.
