Casper Sloth’s agent Ivan Marko Benes has posted a picture of his client signing for Leeds United with the caption ‘three years done’.
Sloth, a 22-year-old Danish midfielder, has seemingly completed a deal keeping him at Elland Road until 2017 after joining from Aarhaus today.
The Denmark international will go straight into the Leeds first team and will be expected to make an impact immediately, as the Whites look to bounce back from a poor start to the season.
The club have only won one of their first four games of the league campaign, and there is already pressure on the team to show better form than they have so far this season.
Sloth brings quality to the main area of concern in the squad at the moment. Central midfield has remained a problem position for manager David Hockaday, and Sloth should add considerable class to help aid him in that area.
He looks delighted to have completed the deal, too, and could go straight into the side for their Capital One Cup clash with Bradford City on Wednesday.
How important an addition to Leeds United is Sloth?
