Top five stats from Arsenal's 2-2 draw with Everton

It finished level as Arsenal took on Everton this weekend, with the visitors scoring twice in the last seven minutes to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

Here are the top five statistics from the weekend encounter between Everton and Arsenal:

1) Everton had just two shots (from eight attempts) on target against Arsenal, both of which resulted in goals, while the Gunners managed 13 strikes, hitting the target on just three occasions. In truth, both sides lacked a real creative edge, Santi Cazorla emerging as the most innovative player, having fashioned a mere two key passes.

2) Youngster Calum Chambers recorded the highest number of successful contests. The former Southampton-man recovered possession for his side on eight occasions, whilst weighing in with a total ten clearances. He also completed an extremely impressive 96% of his passes. At just 19, he has had a fantastic start to life as an Arsenal player.

3) Seamus Coleman was influential for the Toffees at full-back. Scoring the opening goal and completing three take-ons, he was at the forefront of a constant bombardment down the right flank. Defensively he remained alert, winning 100% of his attempted tackles and completing three successful clearances.

4) For the second week running Aaron Ramsey registered the highest number of touches throughout 90 minutes. Occupying his usual central midfield position he recorded 84 touches. He also completed 82% of his total attempted passes.

5) Coming on as a second-half substitute, Olivier Giroud bagged the equaliser for the visitors in the final moments of the match. Despite playing only 45 minutes, the Frenchman managed five attempts in total, four of which came from inside the penalty area. His predecessor, Alexis Sanchez, had failed to register a single strike at goal.
