Manchester United's transfer window has been one of mixed fortunes to date.
While they were quick out of the tracks to sign Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw earlier this summer, both the club and their fans have been frustrated since then, with a number of high profile targets seemingly out of reach...at least for now.
But there was better news last week when United completed the £16million transfer of Marcos Rojo from Sporting Lisbon. And now the Argentine international has posted a picture on his official Instagram account of his partner and young child posing in the red of his new club.
With their backs to the camera, Rojo's wife donned a shirt with Rojo on the back, along with his number five, while the player's young daughter had Papa written on her strip, along with the number previously worn by Rio Ferdinand.
The 24-year-old will be hoping to have a similarly illustrious career at Old Trafford, but he has a very long way to go before that is the case. Yet if he can replicate his World Cup form - and improve further as Louis van Gaal hopes he can - United may have signed a relative bargain.
