West London latest: QPR fans react to Vargas signing, Liverpool warned by Fulham

The latest transfer news from Queens Park Rangers and Fulham.

Supporters at Loftus Road have been treated to some high-quality signings this summer.

First, there was centre-back Steven Caulker, then midfielders Mauricio Isla and Jordon Mutch. That's not to mention Rio Ferdinand and Leroy Fer.

Now, of course, Eduardo Vargas has made the move to QPR, becoming the second member of Chile's World Cup squad to join on a season-long loan after Isla.

And fans have reacted understandably positively. Can the Rs avoid relegation this season with the help of their new signings?

Under-pressure Fulham boss Felix Magath has issued a hands off warning over talented youth prospect Patrick Roberts.

Liverpool have been heavily linked with the 17-year-old but Magath says the club are 'not able to sell' Roberts, who he believes can become an England international very soon.

“At the moment, we are not able to sell anybody who is playing for us,” the Cottagers boss said.

“He will develop to a Premier League and I believe he’ll be a national player for England in the next year.

“How fast he’ll develop, nobody knows, but his skill is incredible.”

Fulham travel to Derby for their fourth Championship game of the season tomorrow, where they will hope to avoid making it four defeats out of four.
