Play Dishonored for free on Steam this weekend

Arkane Studios' and Bethesda Softworks' steampunk stealth assassin game is on Valve's Steam for free all weekend.

Not only can you play Borderlands 2 for free on Steam all weekend, Valve are now offering up Dishonored for free too. You'll be able to download and play the game from now until 9pm BST (1pm PDT) on Sunday.

Dishonored is set in the city of Dunwall, an industrial place where steampunk-style tech is used. You play as Corvo, a bodyguard to the Empress, and you end up being framed for her murder. This sets in motion your journey to becoming an assassin, where you'll use stealthy techniques you might expect, and also some magical abilities you wouldn't.

If you find that you're enjoying the game and don't want your time to end with it on Sunday, it's actually 75% off on Steam right now at a bargain £2.49 ($4.99), or you can pick it up with all the DLC for just £6.79 ($10.19).

Have a look at the trailer below if you're still not sure.

Xbox 360 owners can grab a free copy of the game with their free Games with Gold program too.
