This week Manchester United completed their third big signing of the summer, bringing in Marcos Rojo from Sporting Lisbon for a fee in the region of £16 million.
The Argentine international, who can cover various defensive and midfield options, was snapped up after a lengthy dispute with his former club - but is now expected to be available for United's fixture with Sunderland this Sunday.
Yesterday saw him take part in his first training session with the club, and he is expected to play at left wing-back on Sunday, with Luke Shaw currently out with a hamstring injury.
And Rojo has Twitter, Manchester United fans will be pleased to know.
He took to Twitter yesterday to reveal his happiness at his first session at the club, as Louis van Gaal got the chance to put him through his paces for the first time:
First training in Manchester very happy / primer entrenamiento en Manchester muy feliz http://t.co/9WZLi5CFy0— marcos rojo (@marcosrojo5) August 21, 2014
Not only did he have a good training session, he was also nominated for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by his new team-mate Juan Mata on his first day.
Rojo showed he is no spoiled sport either, taking up the challenge in what looks like a temporary hotel location for the newbie.
We hope United's welcome was not as icy as this moment for their £16 million newbie...
