The new season is underway and despite the fact that we've had a weekend of action to look back on, it has not made long-term fantasy options much clearer.
Another round of fixtures will make things a bit easier to work out, but until the transfer window closes on September 1st, there will be plenty of players grabbing attention across the league.
The second Gameweek of the season see's Manchester City take on Liverpool at The Etihad as last season's top two face off, while Arsenal travel to Everton in what should be another close encounter.
Manchester United disappointed in the opening game as they lost to Swansea, and if they fail to recover with a better display against Sunderland this weekend, fantasy managers will be waving goodbye to their United assets.
Chelsea entertain Leicester, and as a result Jose Mourinho's side is the most attractive option from a fantasy football perspective this weekend.
Here are five players you should seriously consider for Gameweek 2:
DEF - John Terry - Chelsea
The Chelsea captain will lead the Blues out at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon and will hope to keep a clean-sheet this time around after Chelsea conceded early on against Burnley on Monday night. Terry and Cahill will surely start at the back, but Terry is a more attractive option at the same price because of his constant threat from set-pieces. Terry is an expensive option in defence, but one that should score plenty of points this weekend.
DEF - Nathaniel Clyne - Southampton
Clyne scored at Anfield on Sunday and impressed down the right side for much of the game. He will keep his place at right-back for this weekend's game against West Brom at St Mary's. The Baggies did score twice in their opener, but the Saints will fancy their chances of shutting out Alan Irvine's men at home, and Clyne is an attractive option at 5.0 because of his attacking threat down the right.
MID - Christian Eriksen - Tottenham
The Danish midfielder struggled to make enough of an impact at Upton Park on Saturday, but Spurs' approach to the game was altered by Kyle Naughton's sending-off before the half-hour mark. Eriksen was rested on Thursday night for the side's Europa League clash with AEL Limassol but he will walk back into the lineup for Sunday's visit from QPR. The playmaker will be expected to be involved in all Tottenham's attacking play and as a result, he is a great fantasy option for this weekend and beyond.
MID - Gylfi Sigurdsson - Swansea
Sigurdsson enjoyed a fine start to life back at Swansea on Saturday as he bagged a goal and assist to help his side to victory at Old Trafford. His performance has seen him fly into the majority of teams for this weekend's visit from Burnley, and the midfielder will hope to be amongst the goals yet again. At 6.2, Sigurdsson is a bargain as long as Garry Monk continues to use him in a central role and he should be picked up now before his price rises any higher.
FOR - Diego Costa - Chelsea
Another Chelsea man to seriously consider if he's not in your team already is Costa. The powerful Spaniard scored on his debut against Burnley on Monday and will hope to add to his tally against another promoted side in Leicester. Costa will be the most popular captain choice this weekend and he is fully expected to return plenty of fantasy points in the Blues first home game of the season.
