There are dozens of videos going around of football personalities having buckets of ice and water poured over their heads for charity, but this one of David Moyes is particularly amusing.
Moyes was fired as Manchester United boss last season, and it was one of his players, Marouane Fellaini who nominated him to take on the challenge.
The Scotsman took it in good humour, and decided to nominate Everton midfielder Leon Osman, musician Rod Stewart, and Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was himself drenched with ice at the club's training ground, as part of the fundraising push for ALS.
The ALS Association helps encourage scientific research into the incurable neurodegenerative disease Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, and you can find out more about it and donate by clicking here.
