By now you probably know all about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. The challenge sees somebody pouring an entire bucket of ice water over their heads with forfeits for those who fail to meet a challenge set by the previous participant, all the while those involved are also asked to submit donations to the ALS association.
The moments discomfort is to help raise money for the ALS Association, which helps encourage scientific research into the incurable neurodegenerative disease Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
Today has once again seen thousands of the videos online including from two Manchester United players, who had a nasty surprise for one of their new team-mates.
David De Gea had the pleasure of pouring a very large bucket of freezing cold water over his United team-mate Juan Mata's head - which he certainly did not seem to enjoy.
But the best thing of all has to be Mata's nominations.
He chose Manchester United newbie Ander Herrera, Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso - and on his first day at the club - Manchester United's recent £16 million signing Marcos Rojo.
Nice to know he is already one of the lads...
