Arguably one of the most in-form players, Memphis Depay - who has already returned four goals from two Eredivisie games in the new season - is attracting more and more interest across Europe.
Earlier in the week it was believed that, with Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal seemingly cooling his interest in the PSV Eindhoven wonderkid, Tottenham Hotspur could have a free run at the £15 million rated 20-year-old.
However, an Italian heavyweight has entered the mix as, according to Corriere dello Sport, Juventus are looking at making a double signing ahead of the closure of the summer transfer window and the Old Lady of Serie A want to recruit Depay along with AS Monaco striker Radamel Falcao.
According to the Italian publication, Juve are set to offer £12 million to PSV - a move that could prompt Tottenham Hotspur to make their interest official and begin an auctioning process for one of the most talented youngsters in European football.
In order to help ward off further interest developing in one of their most prized assets, PSV offered a bumper new contract to Depay, however, he is yet to sign the new deal as he appears to either a: want assurances that the Dutch club will supplement the roster with elite-level talent or b: assess his options elsewhere.
