Sami Khedira's advisors will reportedly fly into London this week in an attempt to broker a move to either Arsenal or Chelsea for their client.

The German World Cup winner has previously been linked with both clubs, and valued at around £25 million.

However that asking price has been slashed. In Spain they suggest a bargain fee of £8 million but in England it is believed to be around £12 million. Due to FFP Real need Khedira off their books as soon as possible and his contract expires next summer.

However the player would need to take a paycut were he decide on a move to Arsenal this summer - as the club would be unwilling to meet his whopping Real salary.

Former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o is keeping his options open, because he dreams of signing for Arsenal. The Cameroonian is a free agent after leaving Stamford Bridge this summer and has offers from other Premier League sides as well as Dutch giants Ajax.

However he is said to be desperate to work with Wenger and believes this might be his last chance.

Finally, and Arsenal have rejected an apparent loan bid for Joel Campbell from Liverpool.

It is not disclosed when the approach came in only that it was 'this summer' and that Arsenal rejected it out of hand. Campbell is expected to play a role for the club this campaign.
