Newly promoted Leicester City will play their first Premier League game in ten years when they face Everton this afternoon.
The Foxes are back in the top flight having won the Championship last season, and manager Nigel Pearson has had a quiet, measured transfer window with the arrivals of goalkeeper Ben Hamer, centre back Matthew Upson, winger Marc Albrighton and striker Leonardo Ulloa.
Leicester will simply be looking to achieve Premier League survival this term, but there are much bigger expectations for their opponents today, Everton.
Roberto Martinez's side achieved their highest Premier League points total last season, and having managed to keep Gareth Barry and Romelu Lukaku on permanent deals this summer, Toffees fans are once again hoping to push for a top four place having come so close last season.
Everton are notoriously slow starters in the league, so Leicester will be hoping to capitalise and get off to the perfect start, spearheaded by Toffees fan David Nugent.
